Elisa Angevin is a licensed Master of Social Work who enjoys the process of change and most importantly helping individuals and families sustain that change. I value the importance of building a connection with a client and inspiring hope. I have experience in a range of evidence-based models to treat substance abuse, symptoms of trauma and PTSD, difficulties in communication and emotion regulation, anxiety, and depression. I’ve worked with adults, children, and families, often in a cognitive behavioral framework. My overall goal is for my clients to leave my session feeling like they are getting closer and closer to their goal of change, and hopefully to enjoy that process as much as I do!
